Declaring $10 Billion in
Clean Energy Project funds and The Us Corps of Engineers oversight for the Development of multiple Hydroelectric research and generation projects in the Cook Inlet and Knik Arm Tidal and Rivers area near Anchorage and Mat-Su communities.

" the President intends to accelerate Alaskas Clean Energy Potential development and conversion of the Residential sector to all clean electric as a
"World Game Changer Project".
The Anchorage/MatSu communities will set an example for our personal and home Clean energy needs in our America becoming an all clean electric economy."

We have notified the Alaskan people and their leaders of our large commitment of Washington resources to oversee this soon to be World Renown Clean Electricity Generation and Research Water Site projects in the upper Cook Inlet.
( With the worlds 1/4 largest tides and two incoming rivers converging)

The US Corps of Engineers and Several Large project oversight managers will be living in Anchorage for the next 2 to 4 years while this electricity project is being fully developed.

" Look; With Alaskas' many Special Standings, Considerations and Geographic location, It just makes good sense to have our citizens families in Alaska be a part of the worlds leading edge new technology restructuring; After all, we in mainland America will most likely need to access our Alaskas large, vast, and diversified resources as well as maintain her enviornmental quality assets in the near future".

Alaskas leaders believe that with Anchorage and MatSu communities being so close to this Cook Inlet large water energy producing body they will be able to convert their residential sectors (130,000 dwellings in Anch.) to all clean electric dwellings within 2 to 4 years.

And this new technology conversion should give smaller and larger lower 48 communities insight into what challenges and tools we will all have to bring to the table for our homes to become all clean electric.

Most of Alaskas leaders agree that this unexpected and long hoped for close in water energy projects development will propel Alaskans into our new next Clean Energy Technology Society, Stimulate all multiple simultaneous revenue sectors like Oil, Gas, and the Permanent Fund; But it will give Alaska along with President Obama World Wide Recognition and a once in a millineum place in the history of the planet.

Alaska State, University, and Private Engineers across the state in interviews today expressed reserved excitement about being the first to access new technologies during their development and installation in moving to an all clean electric economy..

Alaskas Govenor Palin and soon to be Govenor Parnell expressed a Can't Wait to begin,and did express concerns that "Alaska should be afforded some kind of new Congressional or Executive Directive to allow Alaska limited or limits on population or Citizenship increases;"
because of concerns about the lower 48 states economic poralysis and the illegal aliens migration to Alaska could bring unexpected infrastructure, social and financial distractions and impediments to this great and historical Clean Energy moment for Obama, Alaska, America and the World..
